ORDERING A SAMPLE AND REFUND PROCEDURE
Clients who ask us to produce a sample for them have a money back guarantee with the procedure which is as follows.
Under the terms of our SAMPLES POLICY, relating specifically to ponchos, the amount of money they advance to meet the cost of making up the first sample will be refunded in full when they subsequently place a regular order with us on the one condition that the merchandise value of the order which will follow is US$1200. This refund will appear on client's invoice at time of actual purchase. The refund is not payable in cash.
