Founded in the year 2000, our group is now the largest E-commerce network in this part of Asia. Under the aegis of WSN Group LLC, registered in the State of Delaware, USA, the network comprises WholesaleNepal and more than a dozen internet companies. WholesaleNepal’s contact office is located iIn Thamel, Kathmandu, Nepal. Together these entities offer more than 2000 handicraft products, catering mostly to the wholesale trade. WSN’S FOUNDER

The Group is headed by Theo, a retired banker and former international business executive, and now a full-time resident of Nepal. After serving for many years as Assistant Treasurer of JP Morgan in the bank’s Wall Street and Paris offices, Theo went on to head major NY investment firms in Paris. Subsequently he moved to London to form his own Business Consultancy.

OTHER ACTIVITIES – SOCIAL WORK

After retirement, Theo spent considerable time in Burma, Thailand and other Asian countries prior to settling in Nepal. Now active in Social work, Theo heads the Himalayan Kingdom Foundation, promotes all aspects of artistic life in Nepal and sponsors a development project in Chobhar Ancient Village. Located next door to Chobhar’s Buddhist Monastery (Meditation) in a haven or peace and quiet, this project will also create Nepal’s first and only Sculpture Garden. A good proportion of WSN’s profits as well as those generated by CharitySales’ Internet business are ploughed back into Chobhar Project of which Theo is Managing Director. By the year 2006, the master plan is to build individual bungalows on this same site, thus providing up to 25 individual accommodations to visitors who come to Chobhar Monastery for meditation classes or retreats.
